yay!!!! under 200!! never ever again will i let that happen!! saturday the scale said 197 but it always goes back up by 2 or so. So, this morning, monday we had our weekly weigh in over at lowcarbdiscussion.com for the biggest loser challenge, and of course the scale went back up, was 199.5, but that's still down 3 from last week, plus put me under 200. so, i'm very happy about that! well, off work today, and it's a beautiful day, so i think i'll go walking for about an hour. working days tomorrow, then start my shift on nights wednesday night. just figured out this is one of the few websites i can get on at work, (most all others are blocked) so i can update from there, so that'll help with me keeping up with this blog!! I've got a few friends from church that are also doing low carb, one of the ladies thinks atkins is "very dangerous" so she's doing south beach, well, I don't see much difference, low carb is low carb. I guess maybe she didn't read all of dr atkins book or eat all the veggies she was able to eat, anyway, I think it would be so cool to get all of us together and others that would be interested in losing weight and have a low carb cook out! we could meet to talk about low carb and discuss recipes and all cook something low carb to show others how delisicous and yummy low carb really is, and how simple. just my thoughts, but i'm gonna start thinking harder about that!

made a mini goal!
Well, I joined a online biggest loser 8 week challenge. we started Oct 1st. We are the Hot Pink diamondz!! We won the 2nd week challenge. everyone's doing good so far. I know i'd be doing better if I could get more walking/exercise in there, but i work 12hr days and it's dark when i get home and almost bed time!! but, I work 4 on, 4 off, so on my off days I do walk every day, and on nights I have plenty time to exercise. so, I'll just try to work harder on my days off to make up for these days i'm at work. My job's pretty physical anyway, and most of the time I'm on my feet most of the 12 hours. I think another reason I'm losing so slowly might be due to the sugar free russell stover candies. I don't eat that much of them, but maybe i should cut them out altogether. Also, I think the cheese is messing me up. Maybe I should back off of it for a while. Well, tonight's the younger one's last football game, so it's rush to football after work then home fix them food and go to bed!! Almost forgot to mention what the mini goal was. Well, monday afternoon, after posting my weight in the morning for my pink diamondz I got on the scale after walking, well it was 200.5!! yay, almost to onederland!!!!!!
